Are there any contractual agreements that Optimus Media requires me to agree to in order to be my web host provider (other than moral or legal issues)?

Other than moral or legal, no, not really. We reserve the right to cancel service for any site that we find to contain material we find offensive. Optimus Media also reserves the right to remove you from our server should you violate our standards of conduct. Wonder if you violate our standards? Just ask.
