To request your hosting be cancelled, please follow these steps from the Customer Support Center:
- Click on My Services
- Find the row concerning the Hosted Account you wish to cancel.
- Click on the Product details icon far right side on that row.
- Once on the Product details page, scroll down near the bottom.
- Enter a brief reason for canceling.
- Choose to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period.
You will then receive confirmation when the service has been terminated.
If you have problems, you are welcome to contact us by phone for cancellation, as well.
