If I change my current ISP does this affect my web site?

No. Your hosting is separate from your ISP (Internet Service Provider). However, if you are using email aliasing or forwarding your email to an account with your current ISP, you will need to update that so email is redirected to your new e-mail address.  We can do that for you or you can do that by yourself in Cpanel under "Forwarders."
